I led witness testing and quality audit activities on supplier system integration.
I worked collaboratively with other test leads and project personnel to provide scenario-based integration testing assurance on the supplier-led rollout of the MoD’s Office 365 solution.
I managed defect triaging, tracing and resolution.
I was responsible for logging defects in ALM, then triaging and analysing these to understand their root cause, as well as making fix recommendations and tracking these through to resolution and closure.

MOVING THE UK’S DEFENCE SYSTEMS TO THE CLOUD.
I was part of a strategic partnership rolling out the Ministry of Defence’s “New Style of IT”, a £933m programme being implemented throughout 2016. I was SC cleared for this role.
The projects’ primary objective was to harness the concept of DaaP (Defence as a Platform) by providing new IT systems such as Microsoft Office 365 and service management tools that harness the power of cloud computing and deliver greater digital mobility to MoD service personnel across the UK and those deployed around the world.
I was particularly impressed by Joe’s technical skills, his ability to get things done, to seek out answers and work proactively with the client & other suppliers in a challenging environment. Joe would be an asset to any test team and it was a pleasure to work with him.
Joe has clearly shown himself as someone who can communicate at both a personal and technical level. I have been able to see first-hand Joe being able to discuss issues/concerns with suppliers and being able to manage expectations to ensure continuity between client and supplier.
